By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Midra provides guided breathing exercises, meditation sessions, relaxation tools, and wellbeing content designed to support general wellness, mindfulness, stress reduction, focus, and relaxation.2. IMPORTANT HEALTH NOTICE
Midra is intended for general wellness, education, and self-care purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or therapy, and is not a substitute for professional healthcare.
Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical or mental health condition.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.3. BREATHWORK SAFETY DISCLAIMER
Certain features of the App may include deep breathing, breath pacing, breath retention, or stimulating breathing exercises.
By using these features, you acknowledge that:
You participate voluntarily and at your own risk.
You should only hold your breath for as long as is comfortable.
You should stop immediately if you feel dizzy, faint, distressed, numbness, tingling, pain, or discomfort.
You should not use breathwork features while driving, swimming, bathing, operating machinery, or in any situation where loss of focus could cause harm.
You should consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant or have cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, seizure, panic, or other medical conditions.4. SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING
Midra may offer optional paid subscriptions, including Midra Premium, which unlock premium features.
Pricing & Free Trials
Prices are displayed in the App and may vary by country, currency, or promotional offer.
Eligible users may receive a free trial. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the displayed price.
Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when a paid subscription begins, where permitted by law.
Billing
Payments are charged through your Apple Inc. App Store account or other applicable platform account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Managing Subscriptions
You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your device account settings or the platform from which you subscribed.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by the applicable app store or payment provider under their policies.5. USER ACCOUNTS
Some features may require account registration. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your login credentials.
You are responsible for activity occurring under your account.6. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the App
attempt unauthorised access to systems or accounts
reverse engineer or copy the software except where legally permitted
scrape, automate, or overload the service
upload malicious code or harmful material
use the App unlawfully7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All App content, including software, branding, logos, audio, text, graphics, meditation sessions, breathing programs, and design elements are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial use only.8. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability.
We may modify, suspend, update, or remove features at any time.9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will be limited to the amount you paid to use the App in the 12 months preceding the claim, or AUD $100 if no amount was paid, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.10. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or where reasonably necessary to protect users or the platform.11. PRIVACY
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.12. APPLE APP STORE EULA
